Eat!

Well, as much as I love giving/getting food for thought in regards to our spiritual/mental well-being, I admit that I love actual food! I not only adore tasting good stuff, I enjoy preparing it, hunting down delicious recipes, and mastering the appearance of anything I may serve!  I thought it would be more than appropriate to share some of my favorite recipes on my "ME.N.U" blog... and it probably wouldn't hurt to add something new to spice things up a bit!

Before we big, please know that if there is something you'd like me to try, or if there is something in particular you'd like for me to look for, feel free to comment and I'll do my absolute best!

Today, I'd like to support my favorite Southern Chef. Paula Deen featured a recipe on Facebook that I just had to try. Let me just say, it is amazingly delicious! Better yet, it's simple and only takes about 15-20 minutes to make!
